Clarification needed for account wide changes

How much of our achievements and pets are becoming account wide? Will our alts or newly swapped to Mains be getting credit for all of our previous achievements or just some? In the case of the achievements that awarded titles or mounts, will it grandfather them to the rest of our characters? In the case of pets, will our loot card pets also be included in the account wide change?

BlizzCon will, at times, be used to reveal some ideas that we really don't know too much about, because it's just a big idea, not something we've finished implementing. When we've actually worked on it and answered most of the questions for ourselves (ie designed it) we'll let you know.
