Hey, if any mods could pass along a big kudos to blizzard on not fixing the orc shoulder armor models this week, that would rock. Thanks for not fixing this. I look forward to contuining to look at my characters amusingly disproportionate shoulder armor. Great work, keep it up.

The shoulder art can not be fixed without a client-side patch, and we will not putting the 2.2 patch on hold (which is currently on the PTRs) to develop and release a patch purely to address the shoulder armor sizing on male Orcs.

Mr. Waturi: I want those catalogs, Joe!
Joe: Then please order them.

//obscure enough for you?

I know he can get the job, but can he DO the job?

I'm not arguing that with you Harry.

This bug was on the PTR.

Blizzard was informed.

Bug went live anyhow.

Now Blizzard acts as if it's the players themselves who somehow screwed up the graphics on 25% of horde toons.

Frankly, you broke your product, you should fix it fast - not tell us to wait while you work on a bunch of features unrelated to what you broke.

There is almost always going to be knowledge of bugs going live with a patch or release. As we approach a deadline we normally make a decision on if a known bug is critical to the stability or playability of the game, if not can it be resolved without delaying the release of the patch, if not what is the delay and is that acceptable to our release schedule, also factoring in what the actual bug is.

Now obviously the way your character looks is extremely important, it's important to a lot of us, and we'll hopefully be taking that into greater account when making decisions on bugs that affect the aesthetics of the game.

Thats kinda sad that a company that rakes in this much money and has this large of a player base cant fix a graphical error or release a hotfix, yet they have time to promote the balls out of trading cards and even action figures.

It can't be hotfixed, and once again this is of course a problem as everything in the company is done by a single person.
