Baradin Hold has a new raid encounter for patch 4.3: Alizabal, Mistress of Hate.

She's currently available on the PTR in both 10 and 25 player difficulty modes, and testing will be available for an extended period.

She does not have her loot tables yet, these will appear later during the PTR test cycle.
