Good afternoon, ladies and gents; it's come to our attention that the fax machines serving our Account Administration Department are currently experiencing issues with receiving submissions; although efforts are currently underway to determine the underlying cause of the concerns and devise an appropriate resolution, there are regrettably no updates available regarding specific details of our progress. Until the matter has been resolved, please consider sending submissions via postal mail, rather than fax, though you're welcome to try calling both numbers below.
As a note, we've received word that the latter of these numbers,
(949) 725-6341, should be accepting submissions at this time; after consulting an Account Administration representative, however, it has been recommended that players try both numbers until they get through. Good luck! :)
