How do I transfer guild leadership?

My alt has leadership a guild and I don't want to play him anymore. I would like to pass ownership over to someone else so the guild does not disband.

How can I transfer guild leadership from my char to his without disbanding the guild?

It's going to involve a fair amount of trust, Therlian.

I'm going to assume your alt—and current Guild Master—is presently active on the account from which you are posting, and on which the character you wish to be Guild Leader is residing. Given this, you will need to temporarily promote another member of your guild to Leader, log onto the character you then wish to take his or her place, and have said character promoted by the interim Guild Master. As long as you can find another person whom you trust, this is rather simple process.
