Sorry for the delay i was looking into the reports of this.
This is currently being investigated although I do not have an ETA on when I will receive an update, I will let you all know as soon as I hear something.

I'm not sure I fully understand your question, Haqu.
From my understanding of this issue Towers/Bunkers are not giving honor points. If the issue is able to be resolved tonight from that point on honor should be granted correctly but any honor that you would normally have gained while the issue is being investigated will most likely not be rewarded.
Please explain your question a bit more if I am misunderstanding you.

I'm not part of the team that is investigating this, Wait, so I don't have all the details. From my understanding Balinda and Galv are providing the correct honor but capturing /destroying a tower is not.

Right now, I simply don't know.
I don't know if the lack of honor when you destroy/capture a tower is simply a display issue or it is actually not providing honor. If it is truly not providing honor upon capture/destruction and is not a display issue you will likely not receive any honor for the towers during tabulation.
Edit: I feel like I'm two questions behind. :D
I will provide what information I can but this is still a new issue so it may take some time to gather information.

Because I'm going to be sad if in a few hours, it's announced that it actually was intended after all.
Not receiving honor for capturing/destroying the towers, as far as I am aware, was not intended. Our technicians and development team is looking into the issue.
For those of you who are still here, I can not thank you enough for your patience while this issue is investigated and a resolution is determined.
