blizzard store checkout not working

I keep getting the same error, i have tried changing browsers but still get the same error.

Hi, Armeyo. I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems checking out. Is this occurring with specific products, or can you recreate the error with any product? Which browsers have you tried using?
