I hope this Post will finally help people understand the point It's at, I understand everyone is trying to be helpful but it's not getting through

Numbers above when called (by any oceanic player) States Number No longer in service = Disconnected or Discontinued, So I sent emails, tryed searching the web for another number, countless waiting by the hours for a reply in-game peitionsm Nothing . . . . .

I have payed good money for a service that is leaving Oceanic in the dark, do this for much longer, who would want to pay for a Service that isn't provided?

1 (800) 592 5499 = Number could not be connected.

1 800-041-378 = Number no longer in service.

I am very sorry for the obvious stress this has caused you, Ramarke, I spoke to someone in our Billing Department and I have confirmed that there have been issues with the (1 800-041-378) number. They are working to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

You should be able to use the standard number although I am not familiar with the international code you need to use. Contact your local provider and they should be able to help.

Depending on your issue you may be able to send an e-mail from the registered address on the account to [email protected].
