Blizzard stole my money during upgrade

Decided to do a digital upgrade to BC today. Logged in to the site, enterec credit card info, clicked submit..
Got a "credit card number incorrect" error message.
Ok, checked everything, tried again - same error.
Re-entered all the numbers and information, hit submit again - "credit card number incorrect".
Manually verified again all the information in the form, tried one more time, same error.
Finally tried other card. Same error.

Bought BC using other channel and upgraded by entering serial number.....BUT!

Checked my bank statement. Guess what. For every "credit card number incorrect" error message, Blizzard blocked $29.99 on my card. How fun is that? Now I have around $150 blocked total due to stupid error on the blizzard upgrade site, and support phones arent being answered..WTF?

MONEY BACK Blizzard, what you've dont is a crime.
