I have posted here since 2.3, as I provided the information on 2.3.2. I also made a couple of follow-up threads.
You must stop assuming that a lack of response is indicative that you're being ignored. In general, I'd really stop assuming. Also, while I'm very customer service oriented the bread and butter of my job isn't to provide customer service, it's public relations. I'm not going to go into the full details, but there is a big difference.

C'mon, I just want to gain experience as a tank as it's the only role I've never filled. Right now, my shaman is my main, and that will not change until Wrath of the Lich King, upon knowing all the new spells, abilities and talents each of my 70s will gain.
I'm the type of player that likes to changes things up, and switch characters periodically. It gives me a broader perspective into the game.
