Max rep in Traquillien for a non B-elf ?

Suppose i run an undead to the B-elf starting area, can i acheieve the same max rep with tranquilien by level 20 like B-elf, or are their quests that are only available to b-elf ?

I've gotten to exalted on a couple non-Blood Elf characters, just like them you have to make sure you complete pretty much everything in the zone.
