We apologize for this inconvenience and we thank everyone for their patience while we continue to work through these queues and address each petition in the order it was received.
For those of you who have made errors while purchasing PvP rewards and submitted a petition, your petition may be escalated to our Character Specialists to have your request for restoration be investigated.
Please understand that these investigations take time, therefore it may take several hours if not a few days before your issue can be resolved. Our Specialist are working as quickly as they can to address each escalated petition.
You may log out of the game, play normally or switch to alternate characters if you wish, just do not edit or close your petition. If you need assistance with another issue feel free to submit a petition from an alternate character.
Additional note: If you have not spoken to a Game Master yet and you need to log out for the evening make sure your petition contains enough information so they can assist you. The name and realm of the character and what item you accidentally purchased would be essential.

The volume of requests to see if we are able to assist with incorrect purchases have not diminished since this sticky was made.
Please do not submit new petitions asking for an ETA on your issue, our Game Master Staff will be unable to give you a proper estimate, the best we can offer is that it may take anywhere from a few days to around a week or so before you are contacted with the results of your request. As long as your have the ticket icon on in the upper right corner of your screen your petition awaits resolution.
We thank you for your continued patience while we work steadily through these requests and try to reduce the response time that we currently have.

As of now the queue times have been cut down considerably though they are still higher than we would like. Although times fluctuate and this is by no means a guarantee on when your issue may be resolve, current queues sit between 2 to 5 days.
We continue to work through the queues to address issues that players may have with their issues, thank you all for your patience. As always, once a petition has been escalated please do not close the petition, this will be done by our Character Specialist when they get to your petition.
