My apologies for the delay in my response, folks; I've been inquiring with our server technicians regarding this matter, and their efforts are still underway. Once further updates become available, we'll be certain to inform you. Thank you for your patience in the interim, everyone. :)

The Paid Character Name Change service should now be functioning normally once more; however, it may be necessary to clear one's cookies and cache, then restart one's browser, before the page displays correctly. Let us know if there are any further issues, ladies and gents. :)

Whichever parent is registered to the account may need to contact our Billing Department to have this resolved.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) Monday through Friday 8AM-8PM (PST) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

I hope I've addressed your questions, Nero, the Paid Character Naming system runs through our Billing Department so if you additional ones it might be better to contact them in the morning.

I'll be locking this old thread now though. :) You are welcome to create a new thread if you have additional questions that you believe we may be able to answer for you.
