It's like I get a toon to 85 then a week later I'm bored already and start leveling another one.

Maybe you could try playing one of each class to level 20 or so, to get a feel for the basic play style and mechanics, and then level your favorite to 85? Or, perhaps you simply enjoy the leveling process more than the steady increase in power that comes from acquiring gear at maximum level? There's nothing wrong with that.

Personally, I enjoy the experiences that are best experienced as a level capped character, like arena/rated battleground competition and playing through the latest PvE content.
