Our guild would love to accept/invite via our site directly instead of game, mobile, or blizzard site.

No, sorry. I believe that this topic has been discussed a few times, but the same answer stands. At this point we aren't able to implement anything that requires or depends on access or permissions. This feature falls neatly into that category.
