Diminishing returns in BC. (title change)

Pardon for posting this here. Thought some people might like to know. (if this is old hat, someone tell me I'll take care of it)

Okay. So a thread started in the mage forum comparing warlock/mage talents. Yada, yada same forum stuff different day.

Well. We got some blue response on dragon's breath.

Anyway, thats not here nor there for hunters. But this comment by the blue might interest you. Its in reply to a quote about poly and DB sharing the same diminishing returns much like Scatter shot + freeze trap.

I was expecting next week, but with a Blue post on the subject, I'd put a bit of money (though not that much) that we'll see them within 24 hrs. Saw the same thing the day the druid talents came out, and that wasnt the first time, either.

I'm still hoping for this week, although the preview is still in the works and will have to go through translation for all regions before it's released, so no promises.

Actually, my intention is not to side-step the CMs. Please understand that I meet with them regularly to try to keep them as informed as possible, so that they can in turn keep you all as informed as possible. I'm regularly grilled by the CMs on the current topics at hand, but I know in the case of the hunter they've been laying low until the preview goes live (at which point I'm sure practically all I'll hear from them will be hunter questions). ;]

The shoulder enchant, Might of the Scourge, is applying it's Attack Power bonus to MAP only, not RAP. The zandalar shoulder enchant is worded similar yet -does- apply to RAP.

Is the Might of the Scourge enchant working as intented ?

EDIT: Spelling mistake.

I believe this was fixed in the last patch (1.12.1).
