My 76 paladin has been unable to play due to the fact a race change is still pending. It has been almost a week. Is this a regular concern/question or am I just unlucky?

This may indicate an issue with the payment being used, Ipewpew.

In order to free up the characteryou will need to cancel the Race Change.

Cancelling a Pending Character Service
  • Log into Battle.net Account Management and select the World of Warcraft account you wish to manage.
  • Scroll to the bottom where you see the listing of all the Character Services.
  • Click on Race Change
  • Click on the History/Status box.
  • Locate the pending transaction and click the "cancel" link.


Once the Race Change has been cancelled you will want to ensure that the card you were using had enough funds on it, the information was accurate, and that you set up a Billing Profile with this card. If you do not know how to set up a Billing Profile, the instructions can be found here:
