NPC Respawn Timer? - Blue Tracker

Hello,

Allies recently attacked Freewind Post on Tich and killed all the quest givers. My shaman and numerous other people have been waiting for the npcs to respawn. We've been waiting about 43 minutes (by my count) is this normal? It just seems really long. I have a ticket open but was wondering if anyone here would know the answer offhand.

What NPC's are you waiting for, Orichop? Everything looks Ok to me.

Give them a few more minutes, I've unstuck them.
