For over 24 hours... I'd just like to know if it's being processed at all. I haven't received any follow-up emails or in-game mails stating what the heck is going on. Any word would be helpful!

Your ticket is, indeed, still in queue at this time, Sharahiah.

Our Character Specialists have been a bit impacted as of patch 2.3, so queue times are progressing a touch further than usual. Normally, one is usually only kept "in limbo" for a few hours; regrettably, given the number of requests currently submitted, this time frame has pushed the 1 to 2 day mark.

Nonetheless, my friend, a specialist will snatch up your ticket as soon as possible! Feel free to go about your daily business as usual—switch characters, log off, maybe make some pie; if need be, you'll be contacted via email. Just don't close your petition, eh? ;)
