Account Locked - Blue Tracker

So my account was banned, please dont ask me why i really dont know... i am 99.9% sure that somone hacked my account and was transfering a lot of gold or something i have emailed blizzard many times and i cant get a real answer from them... i just want my toon back plz unban me!. i faxed them my form and id last night around 6 and i still havnt from them... i emailed them at 8am this mourning and still no answer... i am one for being patinet but enough is enough, its been 3 days and i am really annoyed now.

*edit* sorry to do this to you again Syndri but i found a fax there is only one problem i had to send it to you 1 at a time one went thru 10 mins after the other i know this isn't the recomended way plz wait at the fax machine cuzz my other one is comin right behind it xD, much thanks *edit*

Create a post with the name and realm and then immediately edit the information out. I can view all revisions. :)

Bit complicated.

It appears as the though your initial fax did not contain an article of identification (notarized student ID, driver's license, passport); in order for your account to be unlocked (it is only locked at this time), both the retrieval form AND legible ID must be received. These items must be sent at the same time.

I believe another retrieval form was recently sent to your registered email address. :)

You mean via email? No, my friend, I'm afraid there are only two options: facsimile and normal post. Have you been thus far unable to locate a friend or business capable (and inexpensive enough) of providing you a machine?
