How do you reset default text chat channels?

I accidentally removed the default World Defense channel and have been trying to figure out how to get it back. It no longer appears in any of the channel listings, in either the chat pane or the social window. Anyone know how to restore it after removing it?

Bluebones, you should be able to just type /join WorldDefense to join the channel, if that doesn't work Krypter's advise should reset all chat options to their default settings.
