Can't Unlearn Talents Hunter Trainer

Having a problem with the Hunter Trainer in Grom'Gol Base Camp
It won't let me unlearn talents to retrain

I retrained yesterday to specialize in traps to get a very special pet.
When I talk to the Hunter trainer this morning it just shows a list of talents unavailable to me at my level and does not provide the option to unlearn talents.

It cost 1g yesterday to retrain. First retraining I've done.

Is this a bug?
Is there now a timer or cooldown on when we can retrain?

I have plenty of gold on me for retraining purpose.

The trainer to whom you are speaking, Mcnash, does not offer players the ability to respec; you will need to travel to a major city in order to have your talented points wiped. :)
