Server shutdown today - Blue Tracker

So we all saw the quick server shutdown today.....but does anyone know why I have to download 11 gigs worth of info on the launcher? is this a huge patch or a side affect of the shutdown?

Ceders,

Restart the launcher, maybe a couple of times if once doesn't do it. It should go back to normal.
