Legendary Staff quest Bugged - Nexus Dephased

After receiving a generic response, I am here to ask for help. My original ticket was as follows :

"I just completed the quest "Through glass, darkly". As I read the quest text for the next quest, I was teleported tot he beginning of the unphased nexus which meant I could not pick up the Actionable Intelligence quest for my legendary staff.

I flew out to mount hyjal to see if I could possibly just pick it up from kalecgos however I was unseccessful. I spent about 2 hours dying repeatedly to the boss to complete the first part of the quest. and I reaaaallly do not want to do it again. Thanks"

The response I received back did not help at all. It was essentially thanking me for for reporting the issue.

Edit: Even if I wanted to do the quest again, I cannot. I am in limbo at the moment and don't have any quest relating to the staff. Just hoping to have this resolved for next Tuesday. Thanks again for your time.

Is there a way I can have the next quest in the chain put into my quest log? I believe it is possible to see that I completed the prereq on my character.

This will be the last time I read quest text before accepting the quest =P.
