RAF grant a level not working

Currently me ( the recruiter) am not being able to be given levels granted by the recruitee. Im aware of all the rules of the grant a level as i have checked them multiple times and am wondering why the button is faded. any responses would be greatly aprreciated!

I'm a bit confused - above you say you are the person who recruited someone. Your latest post infers that you are trying to grant the level yourself. That would make you ineligible, as only the newly recruited player can grant levels.

I do apologize if I'm misunderstanding the situation, and please let me know if you have more information or further questions. >^.^<
