Where is the entrance to Northrend?

I assume it will be/is in Outlands, but where? If there is no "official" entrance a-la The Dark Portal, how will players get there?

There's an area on the western edge of Zangarmarsh that looks like a good candidate. Could that be it?

Yes, at BlizzCon it was a boat for Alliance and a zeppelin for the Horde.
