Gande, as stated above, it may be best for your to contact an in-game Game Master. The quickest way to do this would be to submit an in-game petition, as Game Masters can be reached through the in game tools 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To create a petition simply:
# Press the "Help Request" button.
# Read the text and then press the "Open a Ticket" button (located at the bottom left of the window
# Read the text and then press the "Issues that GMs can assist with" button.
# Choose the issue type (Character/Stuck/Technical).
# Read the text and press the "Report..." button.
# Enter a description of the issue.
# Press the "Submit" button.
A Game Master will be with you shortly after. Also, if you post a little snip it of what your issue is, I may be able to explain what you should expect from the GM that you will speak with.
