Greetings,

Account was closed due to "Power Leveling" but WoW Tech Support found a Trojan virus directed to WoW accounts where I lost access to my account. They WoW Tech Support told me to send the WoW account Admin the results of our investigation and they would 99.9% over turn the account closure because it had been going around at the time. It's been 3 months without a answer, action and even a legitimate response on what is going on with my account. I resend the e-mail ever 3-4 weeks and still don't receive information. The allegation against me were proven false, but no response yet. Can't open a ticket online they just tell you to e-mail the wow account admin, can't call because they tell you do the same thing. SO I continue to e-mail wow account admin and wait for a response and the reverse of my account closure.

Thanks for leaving me screwed,
ZiNeK

The account in question was closed on 08/20 of this year. It was then reviewed by an Account Administration supervisor on 08/21; the closure was upheld—as, while no form of compromise could be located, evidence of character advancement under a foreign IP was blatant—and the account holder was notified that any further request for overturn would go unanswered.

My apologies, Zinek; nonetheless, your account will not be receiving additional investigation.

You were sent an email on 08/20 (regarding the closure of your account) and 08/21 (regarding its Final Review status in light of your dispute). You sent a reply to the initial notification email from your registered address; this reply was responded to in under 24 hours.

The following is excerpt from the response provided by one of our Account Administration supervisors:

"The account in question was shared with an unauthorized third party (for example, a sibling, friend and/or leveling service) for the purpose of advancing characters on the account (for example, gaining levels, honor, and/or wealth.)."

If you did not receive this secondary email, then I would encourage you to check your host's spam filter; perhaps this key letter was somehow inadvertently tucked away. For reference, however, I can have this correspondence resent to your active account's registered address.

I do apologize for the confusion, Zinek.
