My Ticket

I have noticed that in dungeons and raids, Mobs that are CC'ed will just suddenly decide that they do not want to be CC'ed anymore. I have payed close attention and noticed a shaman's hex broke 10 seconds after casting. No damage was done to the affected target. It just decided to un frog and start healing. Sheep are also breaking in the same matter. Sap is unaffected. Tranq Shot will also break Is this a bug or just some unknown mechanic?

My Response

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide game hints of any kind. The best sources of the type of information you are looking for are your fellow players and our forums (http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/). We are also pleased to offer the World of Warcraft Knowledge Base at (http://www.blizzard.com/support/).

My Ticket

I would like to say that I dissaprove of the lack of Auction House's, Bank's, and Mailboxe's in Org. I feel that I should not have to run more than 40 yards with out passing a mailbox. And in The Drag there is not a single Bank or Ah. This is not acceptable to me. Thanks

This is just a ticket to lighten your day.

My Response

Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to report this matter to us. We will be looking into the concern and will take appropriate action where needed. Please understand that we cannot divulge any details on what steps may be taken with another player's account. We greatly appreciate your assistance in keeping World of Warcraft a clean and fun environment for everyone and thank you for your time and understanding!

Here lately GM's are not doing thier job. Yes I am bold enough to call them out. They are not doing thier job. THey just open a ticket and randomly hit a button to answer a ticket. The GM's need to step it up and do thier jobs!. Over the past month I have submitted several tickets and gotten the same cheap/generic response. Are they all on a coffee break and a trained monkey is doing thier job for them? This is just maddening. I feel that they are all retards at this point and need to do thier job and help players! Yes lazy GM's I am calling you out. What is a GM's job?

Game Masters, like players, are real, living, breathing people. As this is the case, they are prone to making mistakes, misreading a petition, or maybe even just putting the wrong response in the wrong window (most of the Game Masters I know, and myself as well when I was one, are in the habit of handling more than one petition at a time).

That said, we do strive to provide you the best possible service we can, and when that isn't the case, we want to know! Pahanda has provided the proper venue to send that feedback:

To clarify, that place is: WoWGMFeedback-US@Blizzard.com

We'd greatly appreciate it if you took the time to let us know how we can improve. Best wishes to you!

f you don't feel you are getting accurate responses back, you need to email wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com.

That is all that really needs to be said at this point so I'll be locking this one up.
