this is not about the i365 / i371 fiasco directly... but things around it and therefore warrants a different thread
re: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2786569136 and the numerous threads / users that were deleted / banned

if you guys haven't figured it out yet... that thread is a big bit-bucket. posts are going to be categorized and totaled. # complainers, # helpful, # solutions, # despair, etc. no one besides the unfortunate CMs will actually read all the posts. it'll get boiled down and presented in a report.

i'm still trying to understand how the fiasco and its handling make sense on the business scale

they play charlie brown & the football with their loyal, PAYING, customers (ie: kick us in the gnads)... then smack us by deleting threads / banning if we dare complain about it

seriously, what business school teaches this as the proper way to manage a customer base??

was this a test to see how much paying customers will tolerate? to see how many customers they'd lose by such a blatant middle finger to the loyal customers who dared to utilize new items/functionality upon release?

(hopefully i won't get banned for daring to ask a question)

We have asked to keep these threads consolidated. I understand the severity of this issue but it helps our community managers if everyones thoughts on the subject are in one place. Please use this thread: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2786569136
