Boxxers, you are receiving all other bonuses, but are not able to grant levels to characters on the veteran account?

Would you be willing to give me the name and realm of the character you are trying to grant the levels from as well as the name and realm of the character you are trying to gift the levels to? ((please note, I need both)).

Not just yet! Sorry, Boxxers, I got tied up with something else.

Looks like Boxxers should have roughly 22 levels to grant to any character that is on the same account as Hëdgehog. It does look as though the accounts are linked, and the characters appear to be correctly leveled to do as you wish. It is interesting that you are unable to.

Do you receive any sort of message when trying to give a level to Hëdgehog?

It sounds like a communication error between your client and the server. This could be caused by outdated or corrupt UI files (this stands true regardless of whether or not you have addons). I would strongly suggest resetting your UI and giving it another attempt. Please give it a try and get back to me.
