Q u o t e:
I have changed my e-mail address password, and the password reset has once again worked. So far I am back in control of the account. 1:53 a.m. 11/18/2010
It does look like this was originally changed by a foreign malicious source, Seliya.
I'd strongly urge you to do a full system scan, as well as make certain that your email account is secure. Changing your email to another totally unrelated one may not be a bad idea once you are certain there is no malware lurking to pick up the information.
While the dial-in authentication is certainly better than none, the keyfob or mobile is stronger still as an additional layer of security for your account.
It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
