Q u o t e:
if there is a gm or someone on here right now please freeze my account the guy got on and has changed my email tied to the account so i cant change the password i was in the process of changing the email tied to the account when this happened
I am asking this be locked down Draught. They changed the email and added an authenticator. They ARE in your email account.
I'd recommend first, a full system scan, then either secure your email account - or better yet, setup a totally unrelated one for the purpose of WoW.
Next, give Billing a call once you are very certain you are secure - I'd also highly recommend adding an authenticator of your own for an extra layer of protection here. Normally, we send out emails with further instructions, but since they seem to be IN your email, that's rather counterproductive.
Oh good lord, they've changed the email back AGAIN. Persistent little thing. The account is locked down, they shouldn't be able to get in - but you have GOT to get security nailed down before we release this again. As you see, they can and will come right back if they can.
