I'm on a Toshiba Qosmio x350 17" laptop, w/4 gb ram, 64 bit Vista OS, Nvidia GeForce 9700M GTS, Comcast Broadband w/higher bandwidth, D-Link Modem DCM-202, and D-Link Router DIR-655.
From what I observed on the Technical Forum there are many people with a similar issue. So far the Blizz employees answering the issue have been trying to indicate that it's all our own faults and we just need to reinstall EVERYTHING including all the modem and router software and all related drivers.
I'm pretty sure that it's not OUR problem, but Blizzards, I'm just hoping you'll give us all credit for the time we can't play. Today is definitely a day I can not play, I'll keep trying to log in every now and then, but I'm not really hopeful about a solution for a few days.
This kind of issue seems to appear whenever there are new patches that are related to a new expansion. I couldn't play for several days when Wrath came out.
I do enjoy playing WoW, I've been a pretty steady customer for about 5 1/2 years and it's been really fun, so I look forward to being able to actually play again.
Regards, Duchess
