Prepaid Mastercard Problems

I bought a $50 Vanilla Mastercard and am trying to purchase the digital copy of Wrath of the Lich King. Everytime i try, it says "There has been an error proccessing your request". I have registered the card with my postal code on its website but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Prepaid credit cards can sometimes hiccup in our system, Caylayso, as they are not "officially" supported as a method of payment. Registering it usually resolves the issue, but if you are continuing to have issues, then it would be best to contact our Billing & Account Services department for additional assistance.
