ok, so the issue is. I recently Reffered my friend to play wow. They accepted the trial code i sent to them. i know this because it says we are linked,

now she upgraded her account up with all the expansions, the RAF bonuses are not there, And it still says shes playing a trial account on my Refer a friend page. via the yellow box next to the name.

i understand there is wow1 and wow2. she upgraded the wow1, considering that is the one she started playing on as a trial. if that has anything to do with it? any way to switch the subscription over to wow2? so we can get the refer bonuses with out paying another 100 dollars to upgrade wow2 with all the expansions.

Just wondering maybe if blizzard could help with the issue. or someone knows how to fix it?

sincerely, mikow

She needs to contact Billing to see about getting this sorted out.

Sounds like she installed the game instead of upgrading the linked RAF trial account.

Q u o t e:
she upgraded her account on battle.net. and she installed the game from the same place.

like i said. it says that she is linked on my manage referrals page. but she is still a trial according to it. also, on her manage referrals page there's no linked accounts

Because the trial that IS linked was not upgraded. Another account was made, actually it looks like she did the full version about 2 min before she setup the linked trial.
