Character Xfer

Hi, sorry to bother you. I've done an xfer before and it said 3 hours and only took like 15-30 mins. Today i did another one and it has went from 4 hours to 6 hours and now to 7 hours. It seems as thought something is wrong? Could you please help and tell me if it went through or not? Or if i need to do something else? Thanks xoxoxo


P.S. I did the xfer several hours ago. :p

In most cases, these do move through fairly fast, Aluuna - but it can take up to 72 hours.

I am showing this in a pending status at the moment, that's good, there are no signs of an error at this point.

Today was maintenance. Paid services depend heavily on information from the realms. When that information isn't available, or the services themselves are in maintenance, that can create a bit of a queue.

I'd give this a bit more time. You are more than welcome to check back with us if this doesn't seem to resolve itself, but it may take a day or so in some cases.
