What the hell is wrong with faction changes?

If you are still having difficulties by this morning when Billing opens, you may want to give them a ring, just to doublecheck. It's possible something during maintenance may have had unintentional consequences, or it may just clear itself with a bit more time.

I also purchased a faction change today (yes i know its maintenance day and all that) i submitting all the info and started the process at about 6 Colorado time which i think is plenty long enough after maintenance to use a paid service. its been 5 hours now and still nothing. im pretty sure it didnt get canceled cause it still shows as pending on the Transactions page in the Faction change area.

No, there is a bit of a delay. The poster above really has another issue. I've got a sticky uptop where I'll post any updates as they come in, but we do expect this to clear out fairly soonish.
