Unable to access account.

Hey :)
I'm not 100% sure where to post this, but the customer support forum seems appropriate. I am posting this on a friends account as I can't access mine. Long story short, I tried to log in to World Of Warcraft in a public area yesterday (in a Netcafe) and I recieved a message saying something along the lines of "Your account had been locked to to suspicious activity" and I was sent an e-mail to confirm it was the rightful user of that account. The problem is, I can not longer access that e-mail account, meaning I can't accept the confirmation e-mail, meaning my account will remain blocked. I suspect the reason this message appeared was because I have never logged on there before, it was a public area, and it was suspected that I was being hacked.

I have tried to retrieve the e-mail account I have linked to my battle.net account although I have not been successful. What I would like to ask is is there any way I could possibly have my account unlocked or even swap the e-mail I use for my battlenet account? I can provide and and all information regarding the locked account (although I will not post it here for obvious reasosns).

Yes, the e-mail address on the account will need to be updated to a new one.
