Faction Change issue? - Blue Tracker

I put through a Faction Change last night on my rogue on Frostmourne, from Horde > Alliance. It eventually went to the service is down cos of the maintenance last night. I open up the transaction tab this morning and it's still sitting underneath the Pending faction changes. I'm just wondering if the Maintenance did something to it and it wont transfer? Should I cancel it and do it again?

Based on what I can see, the transaction was cancelled, Subbii.

Can you verify if it's been canceled by logging in to the transactions page?

You may need to manually cancel it and try again.

You might want to give it a bit more time, Subbii.

I will have someone look into the account and verify if there are any issues.

I see your faction change went through, Subbii. =)

I only see canceled transactions on your account, Backrib. As of this morning, paid services should be working correctly.

Can you give it another try?
