Cannot log in until Character update process

I have moved my character 3 days ago and now when i log in i get this msg Cannot log in until Character update process you recently initiated is complete. A friend of mine paid for my faction and server change and now i cant play blizzard can you help me pls character name is Insanetotems realm Ysondre.

The faction change transaction appears to have been denied, Insanetotems.

You will need to contact our billing and account services directly in order to get the payment issue corrected.
