Please help..I am a fool.

I wanted to change this toon to undead so I went to battlenet and stupidly paid for the “Character Customisation” option instead of the “Race Change” option….. don’t ask.

Could I get a blue to help me please? What are my options here?

Is it a case of /facepalm bro…deal with it, or can we come to some kind of arrangement whereby blizz takes another $10 off my cc and gives me a race change option.

Advice ? Help?

This issue can be addressed by contacting our billing and account services by phone. They will most likely need to refund you for the $15 and then have you initiate the correct service.
