Sick of Blizzard's Fails that WE always pay 4

Hi Forum,

Yesterday evening myself and 7 other people went for the achievement "The Undying". We got up to Maexxna who was the last boss that we had to kill for the undying achievement, "Easy last" idea we had in plan. Everything was going well until the boss glitched with the web spray and from this the tables of threat bugged out and aggroed random people and the mage got 1 shot. Achievement gone because of a glitch. We had world of logs running so we can clearly see that it was a glitch as well.

I then, along with the other 7 people put in a ticket through the GM system. The GM admitted it was a glitch within the boss that Blizzard is currently working on but in a roundabout way said, but too bad.

I am very understanding of the fact that patches will have problems and I have no problem with that. But I am sick of us paying for Blizzard's mistakes, we pay for this game and the people who do right by the game should be treated that way. I accept server going down once a week, i accept rolling restarts and hot fixs after patches do to glitchs, WHY? beause i know they are trying to fix things for the better for us.

This achievement is owed to the people in my run and I think Blizzard should accept the fault but ALSO do what is right and give us the achievement. Considering in 2 weeks this achievement is unobtainable this is kind of unfair.

Blizzard we get that mistakes are going to be made, just please fix them up not just say too bad and walk away.

There is no way we can just presume, even without the event you are saying happened, that everything would have gone off perfectly, Daemonis.

We always try to assist when we can, but there are just times when we cannot.
