Friend's Locked Account

Hello!
I'm posting this because a friend of mine is not able to post on this forum since his account is locked.
He tried to get in contact with the support team from Blizzard on the last months without luck.
He was able to get the Bnet ( battle.net ) account back but his World of Warcraft account is still with the locked status.
As stated, he tried to send mails or get in touch with Blizzard support team but no clearly response was given from their side, just an automatic response that his battle.net account has been unlocked , something that is already done.
What he needs is that someone from Blizzard suppor team unlock his World of Warcraft account because he payed for something that he can't use. Can you please give a properly care of this request saying what he does he need to do in order to retrieve his World of Warcraft account and the steps to do so.
Waiting for a response ASAP.

As Spuddirt mentioned, he may need to contact our billing and account services directly, Chocodrood.

Can you provide me with the name and realm of a character on your friend's account?

I can take a look and see if there is any other way of recovering the account.

I apologize for the slow reply, Chocodrood.

It looks like your friend was sent an e-mail requesting additional account verification. Have your friend check his e-mail inbox and reply to [email protected] with the requested information.

Once the account has been fully verified, he will receive additional instructions on how to reset his password.
