Bots are rampent throughout the game now with healers and other classes. My question and concern is whether blizzard plans to address this issue? Having AI or something else besides the player do certain actions in-game is a form of cheat .... so yes, healing bots and the individuals using this are cheating.

Healers aren't typically a class used to 'bot'. Are you referring to people that are multi-boxing?

Running more than one toon at a time, as long as the player is in control - is not breaking any rules.
