Play on US Server from Europe

I want to play on a US Server, from Europe.

I had to create a US battle.net account, but of course I couldnt put a US address
I want to add an authenticator to my account, but cant have one shipped from the US.

How am I meant to solve these types of issues correctly?

Let me see if I can clear up some potential confusion for you, Beastie.

You can create a US Battle.net account and provide a European address. You can then add a US World of Warcraft license to the account to be able to play on the US realms.

Since you are in Europe you can order an authenticator from the European online store (http://eu.blizzard.com/store/). As Shadofall indicated, authenticators are not region specific so you will be able to use it just fine with a US Battle.net account.
