Can't pre-order Cataclysm? I have a theory.

It seems as if people outside the "lower 48" in North America are having problems pre-ordering Cataclysm. Has anyone in the "lower 48" had any problems pre-ordering?

This is annoying because I live in North America, but I live in Alaska, so apparently that's not in North America. Why is service sub par for everyone except for you "Americans" (which I'm apparently not...).

Again, this is just a theory, so I COULD be wrong....
