Parental controls Not working with main acc.

I have recently decided to start playing World of Warcraft again. And i got it all installed and ready got the account activated, But when i tried logging in, i remembered i have my old parental controls activated still, locking me out completely. I got my Guardian to activate it to all green. But the email account it activated was different to the one the account was set on. I remembered a while back i tried to change the Guardian to a different email address. That is the account my guardian is setting controls for. So my main account is still under the effect of the parental controls and i can't log on. I have checked both email accounts and not one of them has any emails to do with activating my main account. If anyone knows what I've done wrong, and how to help fix it. That would be great, as i have been having A LOT of trouble understand what went wrong. Thanks
