Does Blizzard have a JIRA type bug reporting forum where we can see if bugs have been reported and if they are being worked on?

I know you have a Bug Forum, but it is not updated by anyone at blizzard so we basically don't know if the bugs are being worked on.

Sometimes we have a compilation post, but no forum as you describe, no. The bug forum sometimes has a sticky - but it's more geared towards reporting.

Any particular issue you had in mind? There are still several that are being worked on.
