Invasion Event Bugged; Malorne

Anyway, there are a couple of known issues with this event. Fortunately, this is one that a member of the In-Game Support staff can correct so I would recommend submitting an in-game petition at your earliest convenience.

We are aware that during the invasion event some trapped citizens appear to be out of phase and therefore can not be freed.

Unfortunately although we do not have a work around at this time this matter is currently under investigation and we hope to have a resolution implemented as soon as one becomes available.

Additionally, some events are experiencing an issue with the Elemental Rifts where elementals are no longer spawning but the rifts will not close.

For this matter we do have a work around available while a more permanent solution is worked on. If a rift is no longer spawning elementals please submit an in-game petition and it will be addressed as quickly as possible.
